Pros

* I work with a fantastic team I like my manager and the Regional manager and his boss always say hello and ask me how i am doing. * I earn good commission given my experience and age (i earn double what my friends earn and work less hours) * i had never sold a kitchen in my life before i joined Wren and now ive sold kitchens to the value of £40k and got flowers and chocolates from my customers which shows the training is very thorough * i have regular reviews which helps me improve

Cons

* I do have to work weekends but this is when i do most of my business * I am also expected to work late nights every couple weeks as it is our sale ends but these are always fun and our manager buys us pizza and i get a lift home so im not travelling back on public transport late at night

Pros

Only pros go to the top books who are drip fed leads and appointments. So for the average guy it's fight over the scraps with other colleagues

Cons

Where to start. This is the most cutthroat company I have ever had the miss fortune to work for. During our training 2 people failed their exam and we're told they had been sacked and had 2hrs to get back to the hotel, pack and be on a train home. Before Xmas you get 8 days off which is great but they make you pay them back with no days off until you get 1 day in the final week of January. Up till then you average 54hrs per week. When I handed my notice in nothing was said as to my final wage however I soon found out the reason why. Having accrued 5 weeks basic, overtime and over £1400 commission I was paid £1300 short. I contended this and received a final payslip a month later for just over £300 (£1000 short ). I've now gave up as they haven't even replied to my emails. Oh one final thing. You get put on a years probation. If in that year you fail to hit your targets in one review period you are sacked on the spot. Please please avoid this company like the plague. You will hear stories about how highly paid ppl are but they don't tell you that the top books get every single Internet lead passed to them. That's where the big wages come from. Average guy will struggle to take home £1500pm yet the top guy will get around 4k+
