Pros

This job allows for great flexibility in hours, days and all while earning a good wage

Cons

You are constantly under pressure to sell kitchens and keep up with deadlines, all while knowing a lot of intricate details on many subjects

Pros

Designers work as a team and support each other. Non-managers are professional and try to maintain high standards.

Cons

Too many order cancellations: you lose money you have already earned. Also hours of plan checking and redesigns mean the job can't be done in the hours available. I have routinely been working 10 extra hours every week and it is still impossible to stay on top of the administration.

Pros

I've been with Wren for many years, starting off in a junior role and am now a manager. If you have drive, passion and commitment then you will be greatly rewarded, it is a very nurturing environment that demands the best of you.

Cons

This is not a company for someone who wants an easy ride, you will be challenged every day.
