      None that I can think off. Hmm, let's not be harsh. Nope there aren't any : (

      VERY LONG HOURS, Don't honour holidays especially lieu days for bank holidays. call staff meetings on Sundays for 2 hrs to tell you how bad you are. Sexist, criticise women for how they dress. Dinosaur of a company. YOU have to join the What's App group.... no days truly off.... when on holiday you need to leave the group otherwise you are bombarded with messages!

      some lovely show rooms Great training at the nest some great co-workers

      unsecure got taken to hospital on monday overnight and tests to confirm that it was an alllergice reaction to anti biotics by sunday was released with no reason given lack of coheshion between staff its all about the bottom line

      Pros

      Not a lot. Customers are nice and it's good to be able to interact with people excited about their purchase

      Cons

      Dreadful work environment. A very bullying culture and poor support, communication and management. Got through 11 managers in a year and almost double that of designers in the showroom. Training is poor. Company purely interested in sales no care for your customers. A lot of management are ex phones 4 U and are trying to base their work methods on that failed basis.
