Pros

The food in the canteen is good... Thats all I can say.

Cons

Well, where do I start? *Customer complaints- completely understandable as all customers I spoke to had major errors with their kitchen (I sympathise with the customers), trying to get advise from a senior or trying to pass the customer through = NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!! * There is no complaints procedures, so basically have to fob off an already extremely frustrated customer. * They sack you without actually letting you explain your reasons for any days off. And to rub salt in the wounds just that bit more, the staff (mainly seniors and Team Leaders!!) Talk badly of you before they have sacked you and after you have left. * They sack or give uneccessary warnings (verbal warnings for using milk out of a fridge!) to people who are good at their job and know what they are doing. But keep on the staff that couldn't organise a drink in a brewery!! * Drinks- you aren't allowed to get up to go get a drink at all, all day except on your half an hour lunch break. Someone is supposed to come around and collect drink orders, but if they come and ask you or you actually get one it is a miracle. They advertise over 1000 new jobs in the next year, that is because of the ridiculously quick staff turnover. Overall the company is a complete joke!!

Pros

Beautiful Offices Excellent on site facilities - gym, catering and showers

Cons

Kitchen delivers were consistently delivered with missing parts, poor paint work or damage. At one point every order that was assigned to me to manage had issues that would take over 6 weeks to resolve to allow for manufacturing time. There was no transparency at all as we were left to deal with angry customers. There was a real divide between those in customer service and employees working in other areas.

Pros

Pay and bonus is good!

Cons

Where do I start? Customer Services let the customers down and the store too, and issues regularly left with store, who can't fix. If as a GSM you had 25 working hours in a day this wouldn't be enough. Successfully turned a showroom around but regional management and above still have an attitude of "we can do anything we want with you under 2 years". Indeed, a director was known for... When he woke up thinking, how many people shall I sack today? Basically don't leave a good job to take a chance here. I know 3 successful ex GSMs of Wren. Company operate Whatsapp groups with inappropriate comments and imaginary of staff.
