      Pros

      Very relaxed atmosphere, supervisors were very nice. Flexible schedule. Can work on computers when you don't have a client. Supportive coworkers and team-building environment. The team was constantly striving to improve.

      Cons

      Most of the time I worked unsupervised, which was nice, but I worried about how well I was doing and if I was really helping the client or not. Consultants were not very well trained in any style other than MLA, but manuals were available for APA and other formats. Not really any other cons. It was a great place to work.
