Pros
Flexible schedule. My work hours were scheduled somewhat accordingly to what my school hours were. Pay is very good, for a student position. As long as you completely didn't screw around, it was a great job. Officers that managed the students were great for the most part.
Cons
The management played favorites.. Suck up to the scheduler and report others for what you perceive as bad behavior and you'll be treated better than anyone. Dispatchers are pain in the ***, won't listen or report half of what you call in. Also, sometimes hours weren't scheduled well.. Some of us had morning classes and had to work till 2-3 in the morning.
