      Pros

      none, unless working for such little money and getting mistreated is PROS. Some people are extremely helpful. Majority of people who work here for over 10 years do not care. They are rude and think they are gods!

      Cons

      Unless you know an important person, you are mistreated. It is ok for men to raise their voices when they talk to women. Management close eyes on some overpaid and under-worked male professors. Favoritism runs in all departments. Human Resources have things just on paper. Classes are very difficult to schedule and thus tuition is inflated. Bad place to work if you are a woman.
