      Pros

      Wright State offers great benefits, including fantastic health insurance, dental, and vision coverage. WSU also provides employees free tuition and fees for themselves, and an incredible 80% discount on dependents, including the employee's spouse. It is a wonderful place to work--very innovative and progressive.

      Cons

      The only con to working at Wright State is that it doesn't have the national reputation that it deserves because it is a comparatively small and very young university.
