Pros

Depends what lab you work at. Flexible hours, the student can decide.

Cons

Only allowed to work a maximum of 28 hours a week, over all student positions. Can't work more during the summer.

Pros

Working at WSU gives you the opportunity to stay more connected with the campus and what is going on.

Cons

Sometimes having to interact with fellow students, if they get mad about something you have to see them on campus all the time.
