      Pros

      Great people to work with. Benefits are great! Partial tuition waiver for family members. A lot of flexibility in the work schedule.

      Cons

      Not much potential for career advancement. Some administrators are out of touch with lower level employees.

      Great student job, beware of other student drama

      Pros

      Flexible schedule. My work hours were scheduled somewhat accordingly to what my school hours were. Pay is very good, for a student position. As long as you completely didn't screw around, it was a great job. Officers that managed the students were great for the most part.

      Cons

      The management played favorites.. Suck up to the scheduler and report others for what you perceive as bad behavior and you'll be treated better than anyone. Dispatchers are pain in the ***, won't listen or report half of what you call in. Also, sometimes hours weren't scheduled well.. Some of us had morning classes and had to work till 2-3 in the morning.

      excellent place to grow ... competitive research environment, ample travel oppotrunites to conferences, networking and exposure

      compoensation can be improved. workplace can be flexible
