      Community values the institution, alumni are loyal and hope for the best for it.

      Cons

      Administrative leadership lacks experience, ability to handle contraction of industry while continuing to motivate employees. A lot of institutional memory now gone with retirements and departures of top faculty. Increasingly captured by ideological issues that are unpopular or unimportant in the eyes of the general public.
