* vacation leave is good, and accumulate * Dayton is a nice area to live and work

* pay level is now, well below the NIH standards for post-doc * while the insurance increase by 20%, pay level only increase by 1.5% * life/work balance really depends on your supervisor, I worked with one who make you work even in vacations, and count your time on the clock. *

It's a job I guess.

Cons

No one should accept a job at Wright State unless you have literally no other option. It's very poorly managed, almost comedically so, the pay is 25% to 50% below market, almost every function is grossly understaffed, and the administration simply does not care.
