Pros

Really careful about who they hire and make sure that you're set up for success from day one once you start. Amazing culture and work environment focused on collaboration and keeping employees happy/motivated.

Cons

Lengthy hiring process with a lot of steps and work involved on your end but it's ultimately for the benefit of Wrike to make sure they hire the right people!

Pros

- Free catered food - Unlimited Leaves - Free Parking in San Jose Downtown

Cons

- The decor of the office is something that can be worked upon (having better lighting would help) - Lack of IT support (only 2 people serve the IT needs for the office. Could impede current work when the 2 IT folks are OOO)

Pros

Being part of Wrike is intense: fast, fun, hard work. Everyone has an impact on the goals and that's a big deal. They expect alot but give alot in return: a connected culture, a great office environment, lots of opportunity to acknowledge success. It takes a lot of energy, but it's an energizing experience to be part of a rapidly scaling team. Glad to be a part of this chapter of the company's success.

Cons

I think the issues that Wrike experiences are not uncommon for hyper-growth phase. some leaders are better than others, but most seem to be striving to be at their best. There's complexity in the company with all the different teams spread across the world. Using wrike actually helps this.
