Pros

The people at Wrike are fun and constantly empower me to improve. The product is solid and the team is always working to make Wrike the best that it can be. The company perks are phenomenal- trips to Mexico, Eat Club lunches every day, fully stocked kitchen, ping pong, unlimited vacation, wfm, trendy swag, and more. Each office has its own culture, and I feel like I've hit the jackpot with the San Jose group. They are down to earth, fun, and great at what they do. So far, Wrike has stolen my heart!

Cons

It is a very typical tech company, so if you are not keen on that Wrike will not be for you.

Pros

+ Well funded start-up, low burn rate + Young and likable co-workers + Fair compensation + Commuter benefits + Very international with sales team in San Diego, leadership and marketing in Mountain View and all the engineers in Russia Great place to start after college and find a better gig after a year of experience to put on a resume.

Cons

- Absolute chaos. Everything is really disorganized - Really poor communication. I don't even know what my teammates are working on - Bad managers and leaders. Peers and I feel that they are passive aggressive, withhold information and bully employees. - No focus on career growth or mentoring - IT will slow you down. You'll have to beg to get help if your Mac is broken. There have been days when the phones and internet doesn't work and my boss is screaming at the HR lady to get things fixed Biggest worry is that its a very competitive space and our product and marketing folks is not helping us win. Money that the sales team earns keeps Wrike alive.

Pros

Great, creative, highly intelligent people to work with. Self organizing teams. It's easy to sell a product you can believe in. And Wrike is a product that actually WORKS and makes users' lives more efficient. Flexible hours and remote work friendly. Pet friendly. Free food daily. Now is the perfect time to join the crew. BEFORE that defining moment when EVERYONE hops on the bandwagon and the IPO comes around, and you wished you had been employee #101 instead of #21,500 . Location is currently next to the Castro train station. Walking distance from Downtown Mountain View. All employees get a Macbook Air to use. And a widescreen monitor. Lots of creative challenges to solve daily. Never boring!

Cons

If you're looking for awesome/cool "startup perks," this isn't the place. No real designated area to eat meals. Kitchen is tight to move around in and not "tight" as in "that was tight, yo." Not much food choices for vegans and health nuts.
