Pros

Wrike had a really great hiring process, free from all the standardized questions that you get at other tech companies, they actually asked me questions relevant to the job. Really good perks, great salary, was as smooth as could be when onboarding remotely. Seem like a lovely bunch of people and always on hand for help. I love working here, can't wait to meet in person.

Cons

Sometimes the processes and back and forth on the Wrike systems can be a little much to get used to. That's really me clutching at straws though, no real negatives yet.

Could be better, could be worse

Pros

They have a lot of fun virtual team building opportunities, culture club, Wrikers of Color, weekly all hands with executive staff, a bonusly program to recognize fellow employees. Because everyone uses Wrike, we have very little email. If you have emails it's generally from customers or those outside of Wrike.

Cons

They rely too much on Slack. Most of the operational functions are located in Russia - which slows the process to get anything done when you only over lap a couple hours per day. Everything gets delayed and it's really frustrating that to send an email out to a list of customers can take on average two weeks if you want it to go through marketo and be formatted in a template. The CEO is a software developer and does not have the right personality to lead. He is like that parent who is disappointed if you get a B+ on a test, why wasn't it an A? His interactions with employees do not inspire. There are a lot of politics at play with certain groups and manipulation and backstabbing happening...

Pros

fun environment, cool colleagues, team events

Cons

they are very political, the pay is not good, they also will try to scam you out of every dollar possible. Upper management does not listen to their lower managers. When i worked there, they tried a new lead source. me and the new reps were getting accounts like middle schools, while older reps were getting companies like coca cola. We were held to the same quotas, and our direct managers were begging for us to be treated fairly, yet upper management didnt care at all . being that pay is based on quota, we were getting paid under the poverty line, and when i brought up the issue, it was because i was not working hard enough, yet i was staying late, making the most dials, and working my butt off. fast forward a year, im the top preforming AE on my new company, and my hard work is paying off
