Pros

- rapidly growing company (1200+ Wrikers), including the Product Design team (we have 20+ designers, UX writers, and researchers now and plan on hiring another 5+ more soon) - great Head of Product Design - lots of opportunities to improve or build things your way - cross-functional teams - lots of resources for the Product Design team - focus on accessibility - stable employment - international team - clear career options - above average salary + yearly reviews - lots of very experienced people to learn from

Cons

- language barrier (lots of people are from Russia and not everybody speaks English well; this is getting better over time) - growth pains and sometimes long corporate processes - massive product, it takes time to understand it and stay up-to-date
