One of the best places I have ever worked!

Pros

Without a doubt Wrike is one of the best places I have worked. Whilst the Melbourne office is a little detached from the others, and only because of timezone challenges. The culture that has been built flows down here, and it is a genuinely positive experience with management recognising achievements and hard work. Ideas are listened to and improvements are suggested, WFH is suggested if it's the best course of action. Unlimited public transport is a great bonus, as is lunch and talk of gym membership being paid for as well. A great team of people that are all positive and passionate about what they do, reaching goals. The company is 10 years in and is a leader in its class and growing rapidly in the APAC region, with a lot of existing clients working on and loving the product.

Cons

Nothing at this stage. The pains experienced are common in every hyper growth company, but good ideas are listened to.

Pros

Being part of Wrike is intense: fast, fun, hard work. Everyone has an impact on the goals and that's a big deal. They expect alot but give alot in return: a connected culture, a great office environment, lots of opportunity to acknowledge success. It takes a lot of energy, but it's an energizing experience to be part of a rapidly scaling team. Glad to be a part of this chapter of the company's success.

Cons

I think the issues that Wrike experiences are not uncommon for hyper-growth phase. some leaders are better than others, but most seem to be striving to be at their best. There's complexity in the company with all the different teams spread across the world. Using wrike actually helps this.
