Pros

Extraordinary team of professionals, some of the brightest people you'll ever meet. Company culture that nurtures communication, innovation, and action. Product with a vision and a strategy behind it. Great leaders who live what they sell to employees and customers. Offsites you'll remember for the rest of your life. Work days that you'll remember well, too, because what you do changes the world (quite literally, if you ask me). Lots of responsibility, lots of challenges, lots of support all around. The money is good, obviously, because, like, everybody cares.

Cons

Work-life balance might take a hit. Not once. You'll enjoy it a lot.

Pros

Wrike is a trusting team environment; you can ask for help or be asked for help because we all have the same goals. Management truly trusts there teams and assumes they do things for the right reasons. Room for growth and advancement. Able to make an impact.

Cons

You are responsible for your own choices - for me this is a good thing, but if you don't feel the same...
