We recognize that periods of change can be challenging at times, and we have supported employees through last year's ownership change by maintaining a culture of transparency and communication. Specifically, we have collected and actioned a high volume of employee feedback via our Employee Engagement Survey and saw a very significant increase in our Employee Satisfaction scores from 2024 to 2025.
