Seems decent so far - expensive benefits

Pros

• There does appear to be a focus on healthy work-life balance. • Recently went back to a Flex/unlimited PTO policy from accrued. • Good compensation for the role considering market averages. • Diverse, globally distributed team provides fantastic exposure to culture. • Working Groups provide inclusivity and equity to underrepresented demographics.

Cons

• Healthcare options are very expensive. 300-400+ per month pre-tax for family/employee+spouse, etc. Small HSA contribution is offered by the employer for the cheapest plan, but only for the HDHP. • History of layoffs, especially for NA-based employees • (There seems to be) No incentive/raise/bonus structures for non-sales employees • Timezone conflicts can be a challenge, but that is to be expected for a globally distributed company

Thank you for your review. We are so glad you have enjoyed working with our awesome team, and we thank you for your contributions to Wrike over your many years of tenure! We recognize different departments may experience stress from time to time based on workload and priorities, however, we encourage all employees to leverage benefits such as PTO when they need a well-deserved break. If you would like to share more specific feedback, please don't hesitate to speak with your manager or HRBP. Mackenzie, HRBP

Pros

In general my time at Wrike has been a very good experience. The company offers a lot of benefits compared to other companies located here in Cyprus. The option to work from home is a huge plus for me and allows for somewhat more independent work where you are generally trusted with completing your work as long as you keep up to the very high standards. Salary could be a little higher given the high demands and standards but in general the benefits are very good overall

Cons

The standards are very demanding which can be good and bad. This adds an extra level of stress which isn't ideal. The company has a lot of internal processes and it is very hard to keep up with them all and refer to each one everytime you may have to complete an action, this slows down productivity a lot.
