Pros

You can not ask for a better working environment! The company has done an amazing job at finding, hiring and retaining smart, competent, collaborative, and fun people. Base compensation is in line with most sales roles in the Bay Area; however their commission structure is generous and incentivizes sales people to overachieve. Those in leadership positions are consistently eager to hear feedback from people within the organization and they are open to changes. It is a fun, exciting, and growing environment. The growth paths are clearly outlined here and since it is a growing company, there is a lot of opportunity to anyone who works for it.

Cons

With the startup environment comes with some faults in the benefits. They have made improvements to the package offered to employees, but they still have room to grow (no 401k package at this time). Also, with this startup environment comes a lot of changes - things change constantly. I personally love this about Wrike, but I figured I would put it here as some people don't like a constantly changing work environment.

Pros

The first thing that comes to mind is office culture. We make a collaboration product, so it makes sense that there's this much collaboration between teams. The visibility between sales, marketing, and development makes most aspects of doing your job very easy, and gives a lot of context to why decisions are being made. We're still small enough that you can be close to decisions, and have a valued voice in the direction of the product & processes. We work hard, but we laugh a lot and have a good time. Everyone gets along very well. This trickles down from the executives, who have a high standard for excellence, but let you pave your own path to getting there, and encourage adding your own flare to your work. There are no scripts. From a personal development standpoint, there are a lot of good people here to learn from. If you're already experienced, there are a lot of opportunities to be a leader. It's a fast paced environment. Every week we're celebrating another milestone or victory.

Cons

Compared to many Silicon Valley companies, the benefits aren't particularly flashy. They aren't bad, and have improved significantly. But if you're looking to ride a company bus to work and eat 3 meals a day in the office cafeteria, you won't find that here as of this review. Improving retirement options would make a big difference from a benefits standpoint.
