Pros

Wrike was my employer of choice from the very first attempt to land a job here. The recruitment process was outstanding - unlike all of these companies ghosting and mistreating me, Wrike provided feedback at every stage. The other reason for my good experience is that they actually revisited my profile when the position became available. Again, I felt welcomed.
I really appreciate the fact that during my onboarding Wrike provided me with opportunity to take extensive course on the product and to get certified, despite the fact that my position is far from sales, customer success or IT-related areas.
The other reason I like it here is the sense of community. Not even that I feel welcomed here, from day one I had a chance to take part in different activities (book club, yoga, women empowerment events, mentoring program). Some employees live and breathe Wrike - work anniversary notifications say a lot about it. During my onboarding, I got enough time for orientation. Also, my manager approved my PTO due to personal reasons without any hesitation. When it comes to professional growth, my manager offered me several potential directions and allowed me to choose the path I wanted to pursue. I am lucky to have someone who supports my development. Wrike's generous benefit plan is a huge plus too.

Cons

The environment is highly dynamic and ever-changing which can be a significant con for those who prefer stability. Processes can change at any time. If you like challenges, it's ok There is a lack of knowledge continuity; it can be challenging to find necessary information because a former employee didn't bother to hand over their knowledge.

Pros

Winning and having fun at work for the first 2 years. This was prior to Private Equity taking over.

Cons

Private equity turned the company purely into financial management company that lacked aspiration.
