Pros

- Fully remote - Flat organizational structure with great agility. Product managers are attentive to feature requests from clients. - Everyone cares about delivering a qualitative experience to the clients and provide them value. - Incredibly effective sales support. - Wrike is an amazing platform that pretty much sells itself and beats the competition on most aspects aside from pricing. - If you need access to a tool, or subscription and have a business reason to justify it, you get it. - Unlimited access to coworking spaces as there are no more offices - Sales quotas are actually achievable.

Cons

- Below market salary and benefits package (only health insurance and pension contribution) - Disorganized onboarding that should be more role-focused

Thank you for sharing your thoughtful feedback. We are incredibly proud of our hard-working sales team who cares deeply about our product and customers. We're also glad you are enjoying the flexibility of working from home or utilizing coworking spaces for in-person collaboration. Thank you for your suggestions about the onboarding process. While Wrikers generally enjoy our remote culture, we understand that being remote during onboarding can make it challenging to build connections. We will take your feedback into consideration to create opportunities for in-person connection when possible. I hope you were able to join us for the in-person holiday party in Dublin to meet more colleagues! Lastly, we review our compensation and benefit programs annually and appreciate your feedback to provide the best possible benefits to our employees. If you would like to discuss this feedback further, please contact your manager or HRBP. Mackenzie, HRBP
