Pros

Great leadership involvement and development. Wrike invests heavy into seller enablement and to ensure they have all of the proper resources.

Cons

This is a pro and con, but there are a lot of product updates to keep up with. Product requires a steep learning curve in order to sell effectively to customers. Takes time to get used to the selling motion and keeping up to date with new features
