They fire people without notice - micromanagement - unorganised

Pros

Good work-life balance and some great team members

Cons

You can wake up one day and they can tell you that you are fired, without notice and without reason even if you are working many years in the company - they lose trust from employees like this and there is lots of micromanagement from non-technical managers. There are some great people working there, but procedures and structure are not organized well.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. At Wrike, we value all our employees, and our goal is to provide a supportive and respectful environment. We usually strive to communicate as openly and transparently as possible regarding significant decisions involving our employees. As part of our evolving business strategy and structure, changes are inevitable. We acknowledge the need for improved communication during these transitional times to ensure the impact on our staff is managed responsibly and empathetically. We thank you for acknowledging our dedicated team members. Such positive aspects motivate us to work on our shortcomings. Jan, HR BP
