- A lot of legacy stuff in backend, though, it is becoming better over time - Some uncertainty in processes related to recent acquiring by Citrix - Promotion and salary raising can be hard sometimes

Company has been sold multiple times over recent years, strategic vision in the product sometimes suffered from changing priorities from investors. Experience as employee in Engineering department highly dependent on the product team you get onboarded in and whether the product brings “real money” Work hard, play hard mentality can be damaging if you have a hard time controlling your emotional state — you sometimes won’t have a lot of time to recover from a previous marathon-sprint before you get into another CWM market is very competitive
