Pros

Writer is at the forefront of generative AI for the Enterprise. You get to work with some of the best talent in the market (Top 1%). I'm impressed with the company culture (conected to our values) and the collaboration across the organization is the best I've been a part of. The leadership team has a strong vision and is motivating to work for. I'm doing the best work of my life here at Writer.

Cons

Lots of great work to do, so sometimes you run out of time. You have to be strong with prioritization and time management.

Pros

- One of the few companies delivering real ROI from AI (at scale) for large enterprises - Great leadership from co-founders on down - Industry-leading AI tech which keeps us ahead of our larger competitors - Wonderful colleagues with experience, EQ, and just good people

Cons

- As a startup in the gen AI space, it's predictably unpredictable given the speed of change in the industry. Need to be comfortable with change and able to move quickly.

AI is the place to be, the co-founders are incredible, the product is exciting and innovative, the employees are smart and motivated

Cons

Very fast-paced. If you are looking for balance, look elsewhere. If you want to be a part of something with high potential and are willing to put in the work, its a great place.
