Pros

Top tier talent, i enjoy learning and collaborating with seriously smart colleagues who are excellent in their craft. I've been in reputable companies, but the team at Writer is stacked*. Our unique perspective and approach to generative AI is also second to none. We are working with Global 2000 companies, and prospects are coming inbound to learn from us. A lot of exciting things are happening, and the energy is high.

Cons

A lot is happening, and leadership demands excellence. Not suitable for folks who are looking for a 9 to 5. Employee benefits are mostly 'check the box' but lack substance.

Pros

A hyper-growth startup with an unbelievable trajectory and even bigger ambitions. Writer boasts an amazingly diverse platform that brings real value to many still trying to figure out how to squeeze ROI out of Generative AI. The client roster is a "whos who" to elite companies and we're just getting started and the leadership team is top-notch.

Cons

Rapid growth brings opportunity but also means many are constantly burning the candle at both ends.
