Great business foundation, learned many financial aspects of the business, upper management involvement. Good tips, decent benefits, good employee givebacks. Part of a well oiled ship.

Cons

Long hours, high expectations, Low pay, can not be autonomous in making decisions, small amount of decision making at that level. Small amount of perks for management.

Good pay, looks great on my resume, good benefits. They pretty much paid for my college degree with tuition reimbursement. It is a beautiful property, both in front and back of house.

Cons

I was there for almost ten years, and saw incredible favoritism, double standards, and cronyism. Management had no clue how to follow the "Wynn Standards" and "Wynn Promises", especially the managers who came over from the Mirage and other previously Wynn-owned properties. They blatantly bullied and berated their subordinates, and it made me embarrassed to be a manager there. Anyone who is looking to work there needs to really CYA.
