I love how everyone works together as a team to make customers happy before they leave. Always a joy to see happy customers.

Cons

The only challenge is the tip system. I don't think it is fair that managers receive tips when they already have a good salary.

Pros

The job itself is simple and you make amazing money for the work being done. Rich people come to this resort and they tip very well most of the time. The atmosphere is beautiful and you're catering to people on vacation so they are generally in a good mood too. The job also offers great healthcare benefits. They also offer more work to anyone who wants it so you can make even more money doing special events.

Cons

Working with a basically all women staff and management is challenging due to unpredictable moods on any given day. The organization overall seems to be looking for a reason to fire you with a constant flow of new memos being posted of new and changing rules that all end with the threat of termination. In fact the walls of the employee areas are plastered with threats of firing you for offenses such as opening the wrong door.

Very exciting to work for a 5 star, 5 diamond resort. Everyone takes pride in the company and it shows.

Cons

None, I have great co-workers and a great Boss . We enjoy working as a team and do it quite well.
