Value-based organization leading industry in privacy-first mentality

Pros

- Very focused on user-consent (direct relationship with app publishers) - Client success focus on both sides of company (supply & data buyers) - Privacy first mentality in all operational aspects

Cons

- Playing "good guy" in an industry that has not always acted with consent from user - Result: negative press coverage, and being clumped in with the "bad guys" of the industry - even though internal operations are MUCH different than those other players

fast growing startup with allot of energy

Pros

i've been working in xmode for about 7 months are so and find that it's a company with allot of energy. It's a fairly young group of people so the work environment is casual, but extremely hard working. It's also pretty easy to see how the work you do connects to the company's objectives and goals

Cons

because it's a start up, the benefits that an employee gets may not be as large as a large corporations.

Pros

- Awesome team of kind, hard-working, talented people. Really enjoy working with team members across all different departments - Great managers who support your career development/goals. Switching departments has been possible in the past - Creativity/Autonomy within my role and ability to grow in your career immensely especially if you put in the time and effort - Innovation/new ideas for processes are encouraged - Access to execs and hands-on leadership team takes feedback from team members at all levels seriously

Cons

- Not all processes are figured out yet, so being patient as things may not always run as smooth as when working at larger startups
