Business Outlook
Pros
Twitter hires well - it's rare to meet self-centered or non-inclusive colleagues, and most everyone works very hard and genuinely cares about their job and others. Great benefits - three meals a day, top-notch healthcare, unlimited PTO, 20 week fully paid parental leave.
Cons
Difficult to draw personal boundaries given the volume of work. Organization not set up very well from the top down, though recent restructures should help with that challenge.
