Cons

Agency life isn't fantastic, if you can get a better paying job at a product company go for that.

Pros

-People are helpful and young -Good path to grow your career -Different projects/tech stacks to work on -Catered lunches sometimes and you can get your cereal bought by company for breakfast -Super Smash Bros during lunch

Cons

-Location is not the greatest. Not much to do in the town -Ann Arbor is close by but traffic is a mess -Pay is not the greatest
