Management leadership is poor with one upper manager being particularly incapable. Over a 2 year period as least 6 people have held the purchasing position and none have lasted. Manager trains incompletely and hold too much information but is fast to criticize and put down. The revolving door doesn't seem to bother owner so nothing is done to correct this poor management style. Nepotism is a problem with some people being supported far more than others.

Unqualified and inexperienced mid and senior level management individuals Unnecessary and performance limiting processes and procedures driven by people unqualified to manage or lead others More focus on internal tracking of irrelevant things than on revenue producing activities Too many outdated and draconian rules, policies and procedures to ensure job security for only those in operations Absolutely no business acumen or real world successful business experience within senior or mid level mgmt Zero executive leadership by current full time position holder Salaries and benefits are not competitive within the industry Not focused on customers or creating sales
