      Work-Life Balance is excellent Interesting and challenging work Free coffee and soft drinks with inexpensive snacks Open office floorplan with flex-hours Ability to work from home

      Manager training is missing. Have been told will be happening soon.

      Pros

      1) The company continues to have a great startup feel. It remains to be nimble, fast-paced and open with communication. We get to put many different hats to broaden our expertise. 2) Benefits/perks. Good work/life balance. Free soda and drinks. Competitive pay. 3) You get to work with some of brightest minds in the networking industry, who are very willing to teach and share there knowledge.

      Cons

      1) Yes, there is a bit bureaucracy, however I don't believe its anything more than you see in any other company. 2) Weak on personal reviews and providing long-term vision for employees. Seems like management is working on these areas.
