Written procedures are established for employee guidance. Policies are laid out for direction. -Monthly Events (in-Person) - we tried Golfing, Scuba Diving, Parasailing, Cart Racing, Helicopter Ride, Axe-throwing and many more! Fun activities and great conversations! -Leadership Team is emphatic, practice active listening to employees, conducts engagement surveys and takes action based on employees feedback -Company has tremendous potential for growth -Employees are encouraged and fully-supported to take industry-standarads certifications to up their skills and be relevant in the current trends -XL has generous and competitive compensation package. Pays above the market.

Cons

Remote work opportunity, so not for people who thrive on an office-based set-up.

Pros

They have their processes written down.

Cons

When laying off employees, one should be given 2 weeks, or a month at least to look for employment. At least let the person know why they are being let go. They gave the vaguest of reasons. Not even HR knew about it until 3-4 hours after they were informed by the employee they were letting go of. Normally I would advise and even be proud of the company. Now I think otherwise.

Thank you so much for the feedback, both the pros and cons. As far as I can see from our records, everyone has received severance pay - please email me if you do not believe you did. This is Adam. As for the reason, we have not had any redundancy terminations in our history. The reasons for termination are always prior verbally discussed and/or typically 1 or 2 written warnings. I am so sorry it did not work out, anytime there is a termination I also feel we are accountable as we should have predicted better if there would be a mutual fit. I hope you understand, and I wish you all the best! - Adam
