      Pros

      All in all it is a great company to work for. They care about employees and provide feedback in a reasonable amount of time. For anyone transitioning off a contract, they try their best to place them if there is an opening. Benefits are some of the best in the industry from what I have seen. I highly recommend this company to anyone searching for a place to grow and fine tune their skill set!

      None that I can think of.

      Pros

      1. They thoroughly review your resume and appropriately match your skill set to the positions they have available. 2. There are opportunities to move up once you’ve developed the skills to do so. 3. You’re well compensated for referrals and establishing any new contract opportunities.

      Cons

      Could have a more competitive benefits package but it certainly not the worst.

One thing to note about our benefits that you may not be aware of: XLA has kept the exact same rates for medical benefits that our employees contribute for three (3) straight years. XLA is absorbing the increased cost and is not passing it through to our employees. We sincerely appreciate your feedback and let us know if you need anything!

      I've been with XLA for over two years as a call center analyst. I highly recommend XLA as a company who values their employees.
