      Pros

      Great company to work for if you need a job or just starting your career.

      Cons

      This company does a poor job at showing appreciation to the government contractor employees. No retention programs. Do not take a position supporting EOUSA. The culture there is toxic and they seem to blame contractors for their departmental failures. In addition, the current project manager should not be in management. He is a typical “yes man” and will not back you up when the chips are down.
