Pros
At my previous job I had a feeling that I'm just a gear in a mechanism. A small faceless part of a well-designed money-making machine. I was expected to show no personal traits and just "do my job" and I have viewed this approach as a norm. Everything changed when I applied to XOR. I was shocked by the difference in the experience. Here each worker is actually A PART of the company. I feel happy because I'm being heard and my ideas are being appreciated. Our CEO and CTO, Aida and Nikolay directly engage with each worker, caring about the work experience and the workflow. I also love the opportunity to gain experience in B2B sales from zero, increase my knowledge in AI and recruiting. And, of course, the idea behind the product is just crazy. It is both simple and genius at the same time, which is great news for you if you are looking to join the sales team.
