Good company with professional colleges, easy to work in a team and independently. Overall, being a uni student in IT, in my last year, is easy to combine work and study.

Cons

Sometimes we have some flexibility, but we have very strict deadlines

Pros

The work at XOR is very diverse and immersive. You can learn a lot very quickly in a short period of time while being surrounded by smart and driven individuals. You’ll always have a lot of opportunity for growth as the company encourages you to be innovative, think big, and create something new in its self-motivating work environment. As they say, the sky is the limit and that’s 100% about XOR and the opportunities they provide.

Cons

As XOR is a fast-growing company, you always have to be quick and innovative. If you’re slow to adapt and can’t motivate yourself this place is not for you.
