Business Outlook
Pros
Great people with good working/relaxed atmosphere. Uses multiple technologies. Scope to learn is very high if you are with the right people. Good at doing Immigration stuff.
Cons
Very Poor Management. One man show. Inflexible work hours and absolutely no telecommuting options. Less in salaries when compared to the market rates. Not great benefits, especially health insurance.

One reason of leaving is"No flexibility" and another main reason is "Management". Management does not treat all the employees equally.
