Tough ending

Pros

I started working at XPO before the pandemic where it was more of a family environment and upper management looked to promote good preforming managers. Work life balance is non existent in the remote space but i was able to set my own schedule.

Cons

Post Pandemic everyday became a number. Upper management wrongly negotiated a contract that I was left to manage and we were losing money daily while working 5 am to 1 am. It was a nightmare. Upper management only cared about future deals with customer and i was left to suck it up. So I quit. And the pay was terrible. I was making 30% less then the state minimum.

Pros

benefits, easy to move up the positions, bonuses

Cons

horrible management, expected to work 6 days a week for a base salary 12+ hours a day then may be required to off-load inbounds at the evening to make sure product goes out next day, company extremely short-staffed. if you want to have no balance in life go ahead and apply. once you are in, you won't have time to even apply for a different job. At times you will need to work 14+ days in the row at least 14-16 hours a day

USE YOUR PTO!

Pros

Peers are great to work with and good benefits.

Cons

Depending on your state if they do not force payment of accrued PTO, XPO will not pay it. Does not matter if you earn it. Little to no work/life balance.
