If you or your child is sick more than 5 times a year, you have an emergency, car trouble or anything and you used all your “no harm no foul days” then they fire you, very hard to move up in the company, certain teams have to let everyone know they are leaving to use the restroom, lots Of favoritism (tell most employees you have to work their for a year to be promoted but if they like someone else they’ll promote them in 2 months or less, strict point system that gets implied even in emergencies, VERY HIGH turn over rate (even supervisors don’t stay long)
