Collections team in Pune is being handled by politicking leaders. They do not have enough knowledge and skill to lead the process. Hence they are uncomfortable with talented collectors. First they will ignore and sideline them. once the employee is upset, they will provoke them to become angry to argue, and then they use it to terminate that collector either on gender specific reason or behavioral issues. The Senior Manager, Lead and Supervisor has obtained unconditional support from the previous Director to do this politics.
