      Pros

      Co-workers were nice. Free snacks/candy in the break room. Good office location.

      Cons

      Not much room for advancement. Managers have favorites and give them good accounts. Unorganized. I usually had to cover my own freight because carrier reps only focused on high dollar loads. Low pay. Terrible work/life balance - I had truck drivers calling me in the middle of the night cussing me out for something completely out of my control. TERRIBLE commission structure. EXTREMELY HIGH TURN-OVER RATE.

      The good and the bad...from a Supervisor

      Pros

      My location had smart supervisors and a good GM. Reading other reviews, it seems that it may be the luck of the draw. Pay is above average for supervisors, depending on what area you are supervising. OT pay is available for supervisors. Good benefits and 401k. Depending on the supervisor, focus is on training, safety, and attendance.

      Cons

      Very little opportunity for advancement, for associates and supervision. High turnover makes it difficult to build a good crew. Long hours makes for difficult work/life balance and quick burn-out. Favoritism is not uncommon.
