Pros

Lower level personnel are great and hard working to accomplish tasks that are put on them. Will contribute even when forced to work many hours.

Cons

Upper management does not monitor operations to fully understand work environment. They think the financials are correct and the personnel need to work harder to obtain the numbers

Steady work. 40+ hrs and overtime always available. Safe work environment Great coworker camaraderie

Cons

no room for growth or advancement trivia pay raises, if an at all managers look out for themselves, NO COMMUNICATION

The pay is pretty good.

Cons

They don't like to promote within and a lot of upper management don't know how to handle people. We are all grown you should never yell and talk down to people.
