Pros

Really good benefits, pay and tremendous opportunities at XPO. If your looking to work at a place where there is opportunity for career advancement through hard work, then I highly recommend XPO.

Cons

Can be long hours sometimes but it pays off in the end. Just part of being in the transportation industry.

Pros

If youre an hourly employee you can rip off this company easily

Cons

No accountability with hourly workers. Horrible terminal managers that play favorites. Nickel and dime supervisors Micromanage Horrible service to customers Stereotypical truck driver is the kind person that works at this company

Pros

Was not a pleasant work experience.

Cons

Company is driven strictly by performance metrics and places no focus on employee well-being or work/life balance. If staffing shortages occur they expected supervision to work 14-16 hour days.
