Pros

Executive leaders and staff are intensely focused on sustained high performance. Very high energy, with no stones left unturned with respect to enhancing productivity and results. Employees, customers, shareholders, and other stakeholders are all important and considered in all key decisions. Good balance of attention paid to strategic decisions and operational activities, with best-in-class aspirations across the board. Overall, a great, high performance culture.

Cons

Everyone is "all in" and works extremely hard, so the potential for burnout exists. However, while expectations are high, leadership acknowledges and rewards performance, and encourages employee well-being, including work/life balance, to the extent possible.

- Company Culture is positive & empowering - Amazing Leaders/Influencers to look up to and learn from - So many opportunities for growth and career advancement - Fun environment, fair pay, and great benefits

Cons

- I would like to see more opportunities for traveling to visit the other branches and participate in company conventions; however, I understand how the pandemic has limited these options.
