XPO's senior leadership has become increasingly more attentive to the importance of maintaining a conducive, inclusive and rewarding place to work. its quite reinsuring to see executive leadership being devoted to the wellbeing of the entire team! Some specific positives - - Benefit package remains competitive - Wages are adjusted to remain competitive as well - Feedback is to leadership is well received and considered thoroughly

Cons

Equipment for staff to conduct operations remains a challenge however, leadership continue to make significant financial investments to improve in this area as the scale is quite large however progress continues to be made.

There are lot of opportunities to learn new concepts while working on a project. This gives the room to grow professionally. Flexibility and great support from the team members as well as from the management. I feel great to be part of the team that takes pride in delivering the excellent quality work. Pay is on par with the market value. Takes employee's feedback in a very constructive way and tries to improves on a regular basis.
