Pros
There are so many opportunities to make improvements and add value. I have been with the company for less than a year and have been very well compensated for adding value. The company has grown through acquisition and has become large, but it's not bureaucratic like many large companies. I really like the people I work with and enjoy coming to work every day. Lots of new employees balanced with legacy employees, it's motivating.
Cons
Some people at XPO are averse to change and hang on to negative feelings about their former company being acquired, which isn't problematic but occasionally need to tune out this "noise." The company hasn't quite integrated benefits/policies/etc. so understanding how to manage your benefits/time/etc. can be confusing; however, not really a problem if you are a self-managing professional.
